Return Policy

RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we do not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Flashcards, gift certificates, downloadable files and software products cannot be returned. Such sales are final.

To complete your return, we require your receipt, packing slip or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer of any third-party product. A third-party product refers to a product that is produced by a company other than Wehrli Publications, e.g., the Wittner MT-50 metronome.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and either 1) a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or 2) a company check will be mailed to the billing address. Refunds will be applied or mailed within 7 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still not received your refund, please contact us here.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are sufficiently defective. Please note that minor variations and defects, including but not limited to, margin shift, color variation, or the insertion of paper sheets (loosely or adhered) to correct minor printing flaws, can occur and are not grounds for return.

All items are sold in brand-new condition and packaged in a manner intended to protect items during shipment.  We are not responsible for damages incurred during shipment.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
